Next week is our busiest period of the year, as we head towards Mother’s Day. I wanted to reassure you all that we are taking every precaution that we can to keep ourselves and our customers safe.
Our counter, till, doors, workbenches, and tools are being cleaned regularly, and we are being very conscious in all aspects of our work.
We also have hand gel on our counter too if your wanting to have a squirt while collecting or booking flowers.
Our driver has antibacterial wipes and gel to clean hands before and after each delivery. If you are requesting a delivery to someone that is self isolating it's VERY IMPORTANT you please let us know. We will ring the recipient when we arrive and leave the flowers at the door without knocking so no physical contact with our driver or if preferred we can knock the door and then stand 1 meter away with flowers on the door step to make sure each customer gets there delivery.
In terms of nursing homes or sheltered housing we won't enter the building. We will leave at the door but we will call ahead of time letting them know we will be comming and finding out where to leave them..
We will be delighted to see you in our shop but you can call us on 01543 571 447. You can of course order on our secure website www.lavieenrosefloristry.co.uk if you aren't venturing out.
We will strive to produce every order with the flowers requested but please bare with us in these uncertain times as some countries we buy from will be going into lock down.
Either way you will receive a beautiful selection of fresh cut flowers.
If your unsure of what will be available but want something lovely then you can always choose our florist choice bouquet which will always be the fresh seasonal blooms put together in a beautiful way.
Please continue to support small businesses, times are tough as it is.
We thank you for the continued support and loving what we are doing. So please don't miss out this Mother's Day or sending flowers in general.
We will all get through this together trying to limit the virus as much as we can but keep life as normal as possible .
All my love
Leigh
